- 1 handful cup baby spinach
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
- ½ apple, cored and chopped
- ½ avocado, pitted and scooped from the shell
- ½ cup water, coconut water or plant milk
- 2-3 pitted dates
- In a blender combine spinach, carrot, apple, avocado, water or coconut water, and stevia. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a tall glass.
